International Panel Explores Phaseouts
In conjunction with the Global Climate Action Summit in San Francisco, Coltura and the Sierra Club hosted a panel of leaders representing China, India, the Netherlands, and Germany to share their perspectives, stories and advice on phasing out gasoline passenger vehicles.
